First posts are always miserable, so I'm going to keep this short: this will be, ideally, my writing blog, inasmuch as I manage to maintain a writing blog. Thanks for stopping by! There's not much here right now, but it's early yet.
As a kid, I always gravitated most toward fantasy, and that's reflected in my own works.
Scorpion Blues, published with Less Than Three Press, is the story of two
manchildren men in a steampunkish Old West who go in search of a missing aristocrat and find trouble instead. They're a pair of absolute losers and I had a lot of fun writing them.
Blood Tells, my upcoming novel, centers around a sorcerer in fantasy pseudo-Prague who needs to clear his name after he's accused of poisoning the crown prince. He's also a loser. It's kind of a running theme.
